Karima & Peter

Denmark & Great Britain

Becoming friends with your couples is not something out of common for us. With Kari & Pete was chemistry from their first message.

Prewedding photoshoot in Copenhagen, on a boat on the canals, followed by their elopement day at Stevns Klint, and a reception party one week later in Manchester, United Kingdom has made our experience with them a complete adventure.

Dear Kari & Pete, we love you! Thank you for all the great moments we’ve spent together!

Engagement photoshoot

We went the extra mile for Kari & Pete. As we saw how cool they are as persons, and how photogenic they look, we’ve decided to offer them an engagement photoshoot. Together with them we brainstormed ideas, as they were arriving in Denmark only a day before their wedding.

We got to rent a boat and sail around the Copenhagen’s canals. With delicious tapas and a bottle of champagne, discovering the city from a different perspective and making their engagement photoshoot as well.

Wedding day, Stevns Klint

The next day we met with them early in the morning to take the preparation pictures. Again, for the extra mile we have brought Andrei’s guitar, as Peter was a guitarist in a band back in the United Kingdom. What’s not to love about newlyweds, a picnic, and some live music? At least this was our plan.

Only the weather was not on our side. It was the 30th of March, but it was so cold it started to snow, so the picnic idea fell down on spot. As we know the Stevns Klint area very well, we’ve suggested them to take some pictures in a tree’s farm, and we also found a greenhouse nearby which gave us the occasion to take pictures in a diverse setting.

We loved them so much we even brought our polaroid’s camera for their special day.

Wedding reception, Manchester, United Kingdom

Next week we were on a plane towards Manchester, to continue documenting their wedding story with their wedding reception part. And what a cozy and warm atmosphere there was.

Meeting so many warm and kind people, their friends, was a true honour for us, and we were more than happy to be there and enjoy Kari and Pete’s wedding, as they were now our friends as well.

After the party started, Kari even took away our camera, as she wanted us to enjoy the party as well, together with them.

We love you so much and wish you have a wonderful and long life together.
